To Phenomenological Theory of Superconductivity. Superconductivity - not fading electrical current in dissipative medium

The basic stages of development of the theory of superconductivity aretraced. Despite of remarkable successes of theory, the physical explanation ofthe phenomenon of superconductivity - of the not fading electrical current indissipative medium - is not exists until now. In the present paper on the basis of works (Klimontovich, 1990abc, 1999) thephysical explanations of this phenomenon is considered. Will be show that theexistence of not fading electrical current becomes possible due to occurrenceof flicker noise and appropriate residual temporary correlations.
